3. Document privacy
Property documents (Lalpurja, citizenship, tax clearance) uploaded for verification are stored privately and are accessible only to our authorized verification staff and admin. They are never shown to other users or made public.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share contact details with agents or owners only when you submit an enquiry on a listing. We may share data with law enforcement when required by Nepali law.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to improve the service.
6. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Verification documents are deleted within 12 months of approval unless legally required to be kept longer.
