2. Listings
- Owners and agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
- We reserve the right to remove listings that appear fraudulent, duplicate, illegal, or violate community standards.
- A "Verified" badge means our team reviewed the supplied documents — it is not a legal guarantee of title.
3. Transactions
Karki Property is a marketplace. We do not own, sell, or rent the properties listed. All transactions are directly between buyer/tenant and seller/landlord. We strongly recommend independent legal advice and an official land office (Malpot) check before payment.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans, featured placement and verification fees are billed in NPR. See the Refund Policy for cancellation rules.
5. Prohibited use
- Posting fake, duplicate or misleading listings
- Scraping the site or its data without written consent
- Harassment, fraud, money laundering or any unlawful activity
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nepali law, Karki Property is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
