If you have already lost money, please also report the incident to your nearest Nepal Police cyber cell and your bank immediately.

What counts as a fake or suspicious listing?

  • Property that doesn't actually exist at the stated location
  • Photos copied from another website or listing
  • Seller asking for advance payment before any site visit or paperwork
  • Lalpurja details that don't match the Malpot office records
  • Same property listed by multiple owners
  • Suspiciously low prices to lure buyers
