We want you to be satisfied with every paid service on Karki Property. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Subscription plans (Premium Agent, Developer)
- 7-day money-back guarantee on the first month of any new paid plan, provided no featured promotion or verification has been consumed.
- After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing cycle.
- You may cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the current cycle.
2. Featured listing fees
- Full refund if your featured request is rejected by our admin team.
- No refund once your listing is featured on the homepage or search results.
3. Verification service fees
- Full refund if our team is unable to schedule a field inspection within 14 days.
- 50% refund if the property fails verification due to document fraud by the seller (we keep 50% to cover field costs).
- No refund if the verification is completed, regardless of outcome.
4. How to request a refund
- Email billing@karkiproperty.com within the eligible window.
- Include your account email, transaction reference, and reason for the refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputes opened without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
