Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every paid service on Karki Property. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

1. Subscription plans (Premium Agent, Developer)

  • 7-day money-back guarantee on the first month of any new paid plan, provided no featured promotion or verification has been consumed.
  • After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing cycle.
  • You may cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the end of the current cycle.

2. Featured listing fees

  • Full refund if your featured request is rejected by our admin team.
  • No refund once your listing is featured on the homepage or search results.

3. Verification service fees

  • Full refund if our team is unable to schedule a field inspection within 14 days.
  • 50% refund if the property fails verification due to document fraud by the seller (we keep 50% to cover field costs).
  • No refund if the verification is completed, regardless of outcome.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@karkiproperty.com within the eligible window.
  2. Include your account email, transaction reference, and reason for the refund.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputes opened without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
